  • We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal property, but will take every precaution possible.
  • Guests under 18 may be serviced with written consent/waiver of parent or guardian ONLY.
  • We treat any/all personal or medical information with confidentiality.
  • We cannot accommodate young children or pets of any kind.
  • PLEASE leave your cell phone outside the premises out of consideration for your own experience as well as others.
  • We require a credit card reservation to secure your appointment time(s). Please check in approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive later, your treatment time may be shortened to allow your beauty professional time to prepare for their next guest.
  • To avoid charges for cancellations or no shows, kindly notify us 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Unless due to a verifiable emergency, there will be at least a 50% of your booking charged.
  • Respect for your total experience is always our primary concern. PLEASE communicate any concerns, needs, or discomfort to your day maker immediately.
  • Consultations are always complimentary, but may need to be prebooked. Call for availability.
  • Any published/posted pricing may change without notice.
  • First time checks, please furnish ID info. Info will be stored for future reference.
  • Party Room available you may bring in food, drinks, etc. or we will cater. Call for details. Perfect for birthdays, showers, reunions, luncheons, or no reason at all!
  • 50% credit card deposit required upon scheduling (1 payment). Balance due on the day of event (1 payment). Cancellations accepted with 72 hours notice, otherwise balance will be charged. Deposit is refundable with 2 weeks notice.

Policies:

  • Appointments for multiple services require credit card.
  • Cancellation or no shows within 24 hrs will result in 50% charge.
  • As a courtesy to other guests, please silence cell phones.
  • Gift certificates expire 1 year from date of purchase.
  • Gift certificates must be presented at time of service, and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Gift certificates are sold in $ amount not by package.
  • Purchased items with receipt may be returned for store credit only within 7 days
